Our client sustained a broken neck, scarred face and broken scapula when a 550 Gallon Diesel Fuel tank collapsed at a farm. The fuel tank was on a stand with wood supports that had not been changed in over 35 years. The stand collapsed when the tank was being filled. A jury found in favor of the plaintiff for $785,196.76.
