A 2-year-old client was injured when a Pace Bus vehicle made an illegal lane shift and ran her mother's minivan off the road, causing the 18-month-old to sustain a lacerated liver. The Pace vehicle did not stop, but GPS documentation proved its presence.

The 18-month-old, Megan Reed, was not secured in a child car seat and sustained a lacerated liver, underwent liver embolization surgery, and later developed stridor due to prolonged intubation. Discharged Dec. 17, 2015. Defense contended injuries due to improper child car seat use. Jeremy Geller secured GPS documentation proving the Pace vehicle's presence despite denials.
