Case Details

The Los Angeles Unified School District failed to properly supervise a young child who suffered a traumatic brain injury. The school did not prevent her fall or provide the necessary care, which aggravated the injury and required emergency brain surgery. Although the injury will have a long-term impact on the girl and her family, Blair & Ramirez made sure that those responsible for the negligence were held accountable.
