Our client was driving on a dark road when a vehicle in front of him towing a trailer full of cargo failed to secure its load. Our client hit road debris and was seriously injured. After a long battle, the defense offered very little at mediation. We did a mock trial and decided to go forward. Eventually the defense realized it was time to make a real offer and the case was settled for $860k.
