Obtained for a seriously injured elderly pedestrian. Defendants’ vehicle ran a stop sign and never saw my client, but the Defendant’s Insurance Company refused to accept responsibility. As a result of being struck by the Defendants’ truck, my client initially suffered life threatening injuries and was left with catastrophic injuries to both of his legs.
