Client died at the scene, was revived, and spent three days hospitalized in a coma. His liver, lungs, and kidneys shut down temporarily. Our client recovered but suffers permanent loss of balance and blurred vision. Case settled for $990,000 after filing a lawsuit but before going to a Jury Trial.
