Medical Malpractice

Our client, a 46-year-old father of three and US Navy veteran, was receiving a spinal cord stimulation procedure from a medical doctor when he suddenly experienced unbearable pain and instructed the doctor to stop the procedure. The doctor did not. In the process, the doctor damaged our client’s spinal cord, and our client lost sensation in both his legs and became a permanent paraplegic.
