Notable Case Results
Case results are sourced directly from attorney websites by Injuria.ai's data infrastructure, which actively monitors 22,000+ personal injury law firms. They are not results obtained by ThatCarHitMe.com. Every case is unique and must be evaluated on its own facts. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. The results shown are not necessarily representative of all results obtained by these firms.

Construction Accident
Our client was a construction worker, offloading rebarb in a building site where additional floors were being added. He fell through an open hole in the floor, which was supposed to be secured by a railing and/or covered. He sustained a badly fractured wrist, requiring an external fixation device, and injured his back, for which he had a TENS unit surgically implanted. The firm commenced an action against the building owner, the contractor, and the subcontractors. After winning on a summary judgment motion, the case was settled for all of the available policy coverage.

Slip & Fall
Our client was shopping at the local supermarket. One of the refrigerators leaked water into the aisle. She slipped, twisting her knee and injuring her back, including a herniated disk. The defendants fought the case, arguing that they had no prior notice of the refrigerator’s condition. Through independent investigation and witness deposition of a serviceperson, it was proven that this was in fact a known problem.
