David J. Siegrist
David J. Siegrist graduated from the University of Illinois in 1978 and Drake University in 1981. He is admitted to practice before the Iowa Supreme Court, the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa, the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has served on the Board of Governors of the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association and the Iowa State Bar Association Commercial and Bankruptcy Law Section Council. He is also involved with Minn-Iowa Christian Broadcasting and New Horizons Adoption Agency, and teaches commercial law at Oak Brook College of Law.

Thomas W. Lipps has successfully handled landmark cases, won multimillion-dollar jury verdicts, and settled record-setting settlements, including a $33 million jury verdict in an environmental pollution case. He also handles estates, trusts, wills, probate, and estate planning matters. He is board-certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is a Fellow of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Lipps is also a member of the Iowa Association for Justice (IAJ) and the American Association for Justice (AAJ). He received the 2000 Public Justice Award from the Iowa Association for Justice.

Mark J. Laddusaw
Mark Laddusaw started practicing law in Algona, Iowa, in 1992 with the Lynch & Lynch Law Firm. He continued practicing with Lynch & Lynch until that firm merged with another law firm in 2010, at which time he became a partner in the firm of McMahon, Stowater, Lynch & Laddusaw. Mark received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Buena Vista University in 1987 and his law degree from Creighton University in 1992. He is a member of the Kossuth County Bar Association and the Iowa State Bar Association. From 2000 to February 2014, Mark has served as Judicial Magistrate for Kossuth County, Iowa. Since, February of 2014, Mark has served as part-time judicial magistrate for Palo Alto County. During this time, he received the Iowa Judicial Branch 2010 Meritorious Service Award for Part-time Judicial Officers.
