Carl J. Witmeyer, II

Carl J. Witmeyer, II, is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and has been successfully litigating cases for over 48 years. His practice is devoted entirely to trial litigation, focusing on the areas of domestic relations and family law, personal injury, civil litigation, and criminal defense. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Family Lawyers. He received the Betty A. Thompson Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016 and the Nina Kilian Peace Award in 2008.

Wes B. Witmeyer

Wes B. Witmeyer is a native of Richmond and a trial litigator focusing on family law, traffic and criminal defense, personal injury, collections, civil suits, and simple estate planning. He graduated from Trinity Episcopal High School and Randolph-Macon College, and received his Juris Doctor and Juris Masters from The Appalachian School of Law. He is a past President of the Hanover County Bar Association and a 2020 recipient of Virginia Lawyer’s Weekly Up & Coming Lawyers award.
