Born in Providence, Rhode Island, Attorney Figliola obtained his B.S. in criminal justice, cum laude, from Roger Williams University in 2003 and his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2006. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Maine. Attorney Figliola has handled thousands of collection matters and zealously litigates for his clients, primarily in the district and superior courts of Rhode Island.

A lifelong resident of Rhode Island, Attorney Romano earned a B.A. in psychology from Salve Regina University in 1986. In 1998, Attorney Romano earned his law degree from Roger Williams University. He is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Rhode Island.

Attorney Fleisig was one of the original founders of the firm. He received his law degree from Boston University in 1968. Attorney Fleisig was admitted to practice law in the state of Rhode Island in 1969. He has over 40 years of legal experience and is currently the probate judge in East Greenwich, Rhode Island and has held that position since 1984.
