Michael A. Bliven
Mr. Michael A. Bliven was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree with high honors from the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana in 1990. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree and Certificate of Dispute Resolution from the Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon in 1994. After law school, Mr. Bliven represented injured individuals in Oregon City, Oregon at his firm before moving to Montana and Oregon in 2002 to join what is now Bliven Law Firm, P.C. Since the beginning of his legal career in 1994, Mr. Bliven has tirelessly focused his energy on managing personal injury and workers’ compensation claims for thousands of injured individuals while always keeping the best possible outcome for his clients in mind.

Avery Field
Avery is an Associate Attorney at Bliven Law Firm and has experience representing clients in personal injury, wrongful death, environmental contamination, and worker’s compensation cases. Avery earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University in 2017 and then spent three years as an elementary and middle school teacher in Memphis, Tennessee with Teach for America. Avery attended the University of California, Irvine for law school where he excelled in the classroom and the courtroom. Avery volunteered his time working in UCI’s Domestic Violence Clinic, representing victims of domestic violence in court. Avery also won UCI Law School’s trial competition and founded a trial competition team to compete against other law schools. Avery and his wife have a son, Atticus, and a baby girl on the way. Together, Avery and his family enjoy hiking, traveling, reading, and watching baseball. Avery is admitted to practice law in Montana and in the U.S. District Court, District of Montana.

Robert Dwyer
A licensed attorney for 26 years, Robert has gained extensive experience in both the law firm and corporate environments. After earning a finance degree and MBA from the University of Notre Dame, Mr. Dwyer began his career with US Bank in Portland, Oregon, where he monitored more than $1 Billion in highly leveraged transactions before leaving to attend law school at Willamette University. Upon graduation, he worked for Price Waterhouse (now PwC) in Los Angeles as a consultant before returning to Oregon as CFO and COO of a medical distribution and healthcare device company. He later earned his LL.M. (Taxation) from the University of Washington School of Law and practiced business and tax law in Oregon before joining a tech start-up where he gained experience in the technology and defense industries.
