Roy W. Breslow founded his private practice in 1978 after serving as an Assistant Prosecutor and Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey. With over 45 years of experience, he has extensive knowledge of the criminal justice system, handling felonies and misdemeanors in Municipal, Superior, and Federal Courts. He concentrates his practice on adult and juvenile criminal defense, matrimonial and family law, and personal injury litigation.

Casey Breslow-Glugeth

Casey Breslow-Glugeth began her legal career as a law clerk for the Assignment Judge of Passaic County, handling criminal and civil cases. She then served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Essex County, gaining extensive trial experience in juvenile and adult cases. She now focuses on criminal defense, matrimonial law, domestic violence restraining orders, and Megan’s Law matters. She is also a Hoboken Municipal Public Defender.
