Jacqueline M. Thomas
Jacqueline is a Partner in Lacy Katzen’s Litigation Group and Chair of the firm’s Personal Injury Litigation Department. A trial attorney for over 25 years, her practice is focused in personal injury civil litigation, including medical and hospital malpractice, surgical errors, birth injuries, nursing home negligence and abuse, motor vehicle, trucking and motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, construction site accidents and dog bite cases. John M. Wells

Richard W. Wedinger
Rick is the Managing Partner of the firm. He has been associated with the firm in numerous capacities for over 30 years. He has tried to verdict over 100 cases, including workers compensation subrogation, property damage, toxic torts, construction defect, New York Labor Law, Employment Practice, Election Law, Fraudulent transactions and personal injury. He practices in all areas in which the firm is involved.

Patrick O. Whitford
Patrick has almost 30 years of experience representing clients on behalf of insurers and through his own firm in construction liability and contract matters, large loss property exposures, risk management and as General Counsel to a large, successful Construction Management Firm in New York City. Patrick has represented Construction Managers, General Contractors and Sub-Contractors in NYS Labor Law, construction accident, delay and contract disputes.
