Jacqueline M. Thomas

Jacqueline is a Partner in Lacy Katzen’s Litigation Group and Chair of the firm’s Personal Injury Litigation Department. A trial attorney for over 25 years, her practice is focused in personal injury civil litigation, including medical and hospital malpractice, surgical errors, birth injuries, nursing home negligence and abuse, motor vehicle, trucking and motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, construction site accidents and dog bite cases. She also represents insurance policy holders in coverage dispute litigation and is Chair of the firm’s Risk Management Committee.

Peter T. Rodgers

Peter Rodgers represents individuals in trials involving personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, wrongful death and business disputes. His work in medical malpractice has involved various complex cases. He also has represented those injured or killed in auto, premises and workplace accidents.

John M. Wells

John Wells is a litigator and trial attorney whose civil litigation practice focuses on medical malpractice, personal injury, automobile accidents, nursing home negligence, and commercial, business and estate disputes. John’s courtroom experience includes civil trial work, administrative trial work, and participation in the Federal Mediation program, arbitrations, and mediations. He has appellate experience appearing in the New York State Appellate Division, Fourth Department.

Alex R. Malino

Mr. Malino is well versed in all areas of product liability, construction defect, toxic tort, and personal injury litigation. He has developed his practice with a focus on New York State Labor Law litigation, including complex indemnity and insurance issues often associated with these cases. He regularly advises and speaks to personal corporate clients on various topics, such as New York Labor Law, federal preemption, indemnity and insurance coverage issues. Mr. Malino is a Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP). This designation is awarded by the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) after successful completion of the program hosted at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. The designation recognizes comprehensive knowledge and insight between legal theory and litigation strategy and the business aspects of litigation management.

Richard W. Wedinger

Rick is the Managing Partner of the firm. He has been associated with the firm in numerous capacities for over 30 years. He has tried to verdict over 100 cases, including workers compensation subrogation, property damage, toxic torts, construction defect, New York Labor Law, Employment Practice, Election Law, Fraudulent transactions and personal injury. He practices in all areas in which the firm is involved.

Patrick O. Whitford

Patrick has almost 30 years of experience representing clients on behalf of insurers and through his own firm in construction liability and contract matters, large loss property exposures, risk management and as General Counsel to a large, successful Construction Management Firm in New York City. Patrick has represented Construction Managers, General Contractors and Sub-Contractors in NYS Labor Law, construction accident, delay and contract disputes.

David L. Wysnewski

Mr. Wysnewski is an experienced trial attorney who has tried many complex cases involving Real Estate, Asbestos among other toxic tort litigation, Medical Malpractice, Labor Law, Premise liability, and Construction cases.
