Timothy M. Fisk
A partner and co-owner of the firm, Tim earned his law degree from the Liberty University School of Law in 2010. He is responsible for the firm’s business law practice and is experienced in several fields of civil litigation and transactional matters, including family law and real estate. He also serves as the primary town attorney for the Town of Chatham and as Pittsylvania County’s Commissioner of Accounts since 2013. He is licensed to practice in Virginia and the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
Mary Scott Swyers
Ms. Swyers is a partner whose practice focuses on real estate law, family law, and business law. She received her undergraduate degree from Davidson College and her law degree from The University of Tulsa, College of Law, where she graduated with honors and was an editor of the University of Tulsa Law Review. Prior to joining Fisk & Gregory, PLC, she worked for over 15 years at AARP and also had experience in private practice and as in-house counsel. She is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a member of the Pittsylvania County Bar Association.
