Louren Oliveros

Louren Oliveros works with Oliveros Law Group in an of counsel capacity. She is a board-certified civil trial lawyer and a member of the National Board of Trial Advocacy (ABA accredited) and holds an associate member rank with the American Board of Trial Advocacy. She has the highest rating for legal and ethical excellence by Martindale-Hubbell, AV Preeminent, and graduated from the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College. She served on the New Mexico Supreme Court Judicial Nominating Committee (2015) and the New Mexico Supreme Court Rules of Evidence Committee (2014/2015). She is a member of the American Association for Justice, ABA Women Rainmakers Committee, New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, and the New Mexico Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.

Gregory Gudger

Gregory L. Gudger is an attorney 'Of Counsel' with the Oliveros Law Group. He earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Oregon in 1975 and a Juris Doctorate from Willamette University in 1986. He has been a Portland trial lawyer since 1989. Mr. Gudger headed the Metropolitan Human Relations Commission and served on numerous boards including the NAACP Board, ACLU Board, Black United Fund Board, and two terms as president of the National Bar Association, Oregon Chapter (2005-2007). He received the Portland Trailblazers Black History Month Honoree (2007), the Emerald Award as Outstanding Man by Alpha Kappa Alpha (2010), and the Martin Luther King Jr. Leadership Award (2010).

Greg Oliveros

Gregory Paul Oliveros is the original founder of Oliveros Law Group. A native Oregonian, he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Education, two Masters Degrees from Portland State University, and his Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark Law School in 1990. He began his practice in 1991 and has actively worked as a criminal defense lawyer for over twenty-five years. His focus areas include criminal defense, family law, and personal injury. He is also a member of the Family Law Section of the Oregon State Bar.

John Bell

Attorney John Bell is a native Oregonian, raised in a small town near the Columbia River. He loves the lifestyle and landscape that Oregon offers and is committed to the well-being of its communities. John received his B.S. degree in Marriage, Family, Human Development from Brigham Young University, giving him a powerful understanding of how to be helpful when working with individuals. He received his J.D. from the University of Akron in Ohio. While there, he volunteered at the Akron Legal Aid assisting clients in family disputes and estate planning. He was also a member of the Intellectual Property Law Review. During the summer months, he was a law clerk at Martin, Nelson, Cook and Taylor, a Salt Lake City, Utah firm, assisting clients with family law disputes and personal injury claims. John clerked for a solo practioner in Lake Oswego, Oregon after graduation. He assisted clients with land disputes, family law disputes, criminal defense, and personal injury claims. From there, John became a member of Shlesinger and deVilleneuve Attorneys, PC as one of its bankruptcy attorneys. Shortly after he was hired, he was asked to manage the firm's entire bankruptcy department. He then moved to the firm's Eugene office where he was asked to join the firm's team of Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability attorneys. John has gained valuable experience about effectively and professionally serving his clients. As the owner of Bell Law Offices, PC, he is dedicated to helping his clients navigate their unique legal challenges and needs. John has the necessary knowledge and skill to represent and advise his clients from a variety of situations and is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court of the District of Oregon and his practice areas include Workers Compensation, Social Security, and Personal Injury.

Emily Crocker Stebbins

Emily C. Stebbins is an attorney at The Gatti Firm. Across the thousands of cases that she has successfully handled, she has become known as one of the region’s most trusted lawyers for a variety of personal injury case types, including car accidents, trucking accidents, and nursing home abuse. She is also well-versed in workers’ compensation cases and has successfully obtained benefits for hundreds of injured workers. Emily’s clients know they can depend on her because she is a relentless fighter, but she is also compassionate and empathetic to her clients’ plight. Emily has obtained over $12 million in compensation for her clients, and that figure continues to increase all the time. When Emily works on a case, she handles it as if she was representing a close friend or family member, and it shows. Her approach is to fight for the best outcome in the shortest period of time, so her clients can turn the page on the difficult situation and move on with their lives with justice done. While attending Willamette University College of Law, Emily made a name for herself by serving on the Moot Court Executive Board, as well as being an editor for Willamette Law Online. After her second year of law school, she earned a government honors fellowship in Washington, D.C., where she advocated for victims of police brutality by preparing police misconduct cases for administrative prosecution. She also represented victims of gender-related violence while serving with Willamette’s Human Rights and Refugee Law Clinic. She would complete her legal education there and graduate cum laude. Jeffrey P. Thayer

Jeff’s practice emphasizes personal injury, nursing home and rehabilitation facility abuse and neglect, and disputes with insurance companies. He represents clients in all aspects of claims involving personal injury and wrongful death, including car accidents, premises liability (slip and fall), and claims against residential facilities, as well as first-party disputes with insurance companies (denial of motor vehicle PIP claims and uninsured and underinsured motorist claims). Jeff obtained his J.D. (Doctor of Jurisprudence) from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in 1998 and his B.A. Degree in Political Science from Linfield College in 1995. Jeff is admitted to the Oregon State Bar, Washington State Bar, and the Federal District Court for the District of Oregon. He is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and Marion County Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm in 1999, Jeff worked as a judicial law clerk in the Multnomah County Circuit Court and performed contract work for attorneys in the Portland area, working on claims involving car accidents and products liability. Jeff maintains an active trial practice and has litigated injury claims for clients in counties throughout Oregon and Washington. Outside of the office, Jeff is the married father of 4 and is active in his church. He enjoys golf (though he does it poorly) and travel.

Ron L. Sayer

Ron Sayer, a shareholder at The Gatti Law Firm, began his legal career as a personal injury defense attorney working with several major insurance companies throughout the country. In addition, before becoming a practicing trial attorney, Ron worked as a personal injury claims specialist for one of America’s largest insurance companies. In combination, those experiences give Ron intimate and invaluable insight into how insurance companies operate and evaluate personal injury claims.
