Scott Davenport

Scott Davenport graduated law school in 1994 and has maintained the highest rating, AV Preeminent, from Martindale Hubbell since 2004. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2005 and has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer in Personal Injury Law since 2016. He is a member of The American Board of Trial Advocates.

Kirsten Davenport

Kirsten Davenport earned her J.D. in 1995 and an LL.M. in Health Law in 2007. She was recognized as a 'Rising Star' by Texas Monthly’s Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars magazine in 2006. Darryl Scott

Darryl Scott heads the Patent and Intellectual Property section at Davenport Law Firm. He earned his Doctoral degree from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Houston. He is registered to file Patent Applications with the USPTO and is licensed in multiple Federal Courts in Texas. He also serves as an associate Judge with the Houston Municipal Court and is a certified mediator.
