Janine L. Pollack is a Member of the Firm and the Class Action Practice Group, with over 34 years of experience as a class action litigator. Janine is also a Certified Health and Well-Being Coach and the Firm’s Chief Wellness Officer, actively promoting well-being in the legal profession.

Justin Alvarez-Herman is an Associate in GFM’s Class Action Practice Group, resident in the New York Office. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from SUNY New Paltz and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he received multiple scholarships. His experience includes class actions, consumer protection, civil rights, and commercial litigation, with notable work on wrongful death lawsuits and discrimination cases.

Jamie C. Abrams

Jamie C. Abrams has over 35 years of experience in real estate law, mediation, and litigation. She previously served as in-house counsel for the New York Job Development Authority. Her practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate closings, commercial leases, and business transactions. She is also an experienced mediator with the Westchester Mediation Center and has mediated for the Storm Sandy Mediation Program and Westchester Surrogate’s Court.
