Peter Vladimir

Peter Vladimir received his J.D. degree from the University of California at Davis. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He graduated from Cornell University and has a Masters Degree in History from S.U.N.Y. at Stony Brook.

Charles J. Fisher

Charles J. Fisher, Esq. completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame and graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 1995. He is also an alumnus of Chaminade High School. His career includes serving as corporate counsel with Metropolitan Life, clerking for Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge Melanie L. Cyganowski, and working as an associate at Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C., where he developed the firm’s first foreclosure department. Mr. Fisher is known for his professionalism in courts and accessibility to clients, having practiced bankruptcy law for over 15 years.

Sheela M. Papol

Sheela M. Papol is a 1991 graduate of Touro Law Center. She began her legal career at Kelly, Luglio & Arcuri in 1989. She is admitted to practice in New York and concentrates her practice in the areas of Wills and Estates (Will preparation and the Probate & Administration of Estates), Real Estate (closings & refinances) and Matrimonial Matters (including litigated and uncontested divorces, separation, maintenance, child support, child custody and paternity disputes). Ms. Papol is admitted to practice law in all the NY State Courts as well as in the Federal Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Ms. Papol is a past winner of the Young Careerist Award from the Deer Park Business and Professional Women. She also participated in the Deer Park Business and Professional Women bi-annual Fashion Show Fundraiser for several years. That Fundraiser was a key event in creating scholarship funds for high school students who wished to attend college.

Richard Vladimir

Richard Vladimir received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. He also has a Master of Science degree in Public Administration at S.U.N.Y. at Stony Brook and a Bachelors degree in Political Science from The American University in Washington, DC.
