Terence S. Hannigan

Terence S. Hannigan is a trial attorney with over 24 years of experience, representing litigants in product liability and personal injury cases. He has tried dozens of cases to verdict in State Supreme Court and US District Court. He is also an active Volunteer Firefighter since 1988 and provides legal representation for fire and EMS personnel and agencies.

Timothy C. Hannigan

Tim is a graduate of Siena College and the University at Buffalo Law School. He joined the firm after completing a judicial clerkship as an Appellate Court Attorney with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Judicial Department. He has tried civil cases and spearheaded the motion and appellate practice of the firm, handling cases in both state and federal court. He also serves as general counsel for various fire districts and not-for-profit fire companies, and is a volunteer firefighter.

Jaime L. Cornell

Jaime Cornell is the firm's Practice Manager. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from SUNY New Paltz and a Paralegal Certificate from The Sage College of Albany. Her prior experience includes working as a 911 dispatcher for the New York State Police, where she collaborated with local fire and EMS agencies.
