J. Kevin Lundholm

Kevin has experience working for a large law firm, in a Fortune 200 Legal Department, and with a small regional practice. Kevin has handled a wide array of civil litigation, ranging from wrongful death cases, domestic and business disputes, to serving as lead trial counsel for a $210,000,000 assessment for a political subdivision. At a very difficult time, Kevin provides a practical approach to resolving disputes for both individual and corporate clients.

William A. Kyler

William A. Kyler (1938-2014) practiced in general civil litigation, health law, corporate law, and estate planning. He joined the firm in 1967 and became a principal in 1969. He had extensive experience in both jury and non-jury cases at state and federal trial levels, as well as appellate level experience.

Harry C. E. Tolhurst, III

Harry C. E. Tolhurst, III practices in estate planning, probate, business law, real estate, political subdivision law, general civil litigation and appeals. He joined the firm as an associate in 2004, after serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable David T. Evans of the Fourth District Court of Appeals in Gallipolis, Ohio. In 2009, Harry became a shareholder and principal of the firm, and currently serves as vice-president.

Treasur R. Luikart

Treasur Luikart joined Kyler Lundholm in 2021 as an Associate Attorney. She practices in domestic relations, estate planning, and probate law. She is active in the community, volunteering at local legal clinics and serving in committee roles for the local Bar Association.
