Brad Stark

Brad Stark is an Asheville native who graduated magna cum laude from The Florida State University College of Law in 2005. He specializes in personal injury and eminent domain cases, having secured multiple seven-figure verdicts and settlements. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been listed in Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers. He serves as Vice Chair of the Eminent Domain Section for the North Carolina Advocates for Justice (NCAJ) and was a past President of the 28th Judicial District Bar. J. Kirk Fisher

J. Kirk Fisher is a native South Carolinian who graduated from Furman University and Mercer University School of Law, also holding an LLM from Vermont Law School. He began his career as an assistant prosecutor, later practicing environmental law. Since 2009, he has dedicated his practice to representing injured motorcyclists and was admitted to the Maine Bar in 2023. He is also a volunteer firefighter/engineer and emergency medical responder.
