Blake W. Reed received his J.D. from New York Law School in 1997 and was admitted to the New York Bar in 1998. He is also admitted to practice in the Southern Federal District of New York and Eastern District of New York. He specializes in transactional law, real estate, wills, trusts & estates, personal injury, and corporate & small business law. Mr. Reed is involved with the New York Law School Alumni Association, Stony Brook Alumni Association, and is President of the Stony Brook Touchdown Club and the East Northport Chamber of Commerce. He also holds a New York State Real Estate Brokers License.

Jeffrey R. Aibara received his J.D. from New England School of Law and has been a practicing attorney since 2002. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Massachusetts, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He specializes in transactional real estate, corporate & small business law, and finance regulation. Mr. Aibara also holds a New York State Real Estate Brokers License and a New Jersey Title Producers License.
