Anthony W. Mercep

Shannon L. Malone

She is an Adjunct Professor at Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and serves as an Officer in the Suffolk County Bar Association’s Academy of Law.
Michael J. Slevin
Michael J. Slevin is an attorney specializing in personal injury and litigation. He earned his B.A. in Economics from Fordham College in 1982 and his J.D. from Fordham Law School in 1985, and has been a member of the NYS Bar Association since 1986.

Richard Morrison
Richard Morrison provides sound legal advice for more than thirty-five years. After graduating from New York University, School of Law with an LLM in taxation, Mr. Morrison began his career at the Law Offices of Michael K. Grundfast, a general practice firm where he gained a wealth of experience across various different practice areas which include Matrimonial Law, Estate Law, Commercial Practice, Real Estate and Civil and Criminal Trials. In 1992, Mr. Morrison and Mr. Grundfast went on to form Grundfast & Morrison PC in Smithtown, New York and served its community for over twenty years. Mr. Morrison opened his own practice in 2020 but ultimately continued to join our firm as a partner in January of 2022. Not only does he practice law, but Mr. Morrison runs the Center Island Aikido School in Smithtown, a non-for-profit Aikido and Tai Chi school specializing in Eastern practices and meditation.

Elizabeth R. Simon
Ms. Simon came to Glynn, Mercep and Purcell, LLP after years in a corporate global legal department. She has experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and the preparation and review of a wide variety of commercial contracts. She also assists employers by conducting trainings and preparing internal policies to meet legislative requirements. Since joining Glynn, Mercep and Purcell, LLP, Ms. Simon has expanded her practice areas to include trusts and estates. Ms. Simon is admitted in the State of New York. Finally, Ms. Simon enjoys being an active member of the community and holds various positions in local organizations.
