Lois B. Shults-Davis

Lois B. Shults-Davis is a founding partner of Shults Law Offices, established in 1985. She earned her B.S. from East Tennessee State University in 1977 and her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1980. She is licensed to practice in all Tennessee state courts and the Eastern District Federal Court. She served as a Rule 31 Civil and Family Mediator for over 20 years and currently serves as the Town Attorney for Unicoi, Tennessee. Her practice areas include Personal Injury, Estates, Municipal Law, Civil Litigation, Family Law, Juvenile Law, Adoptions, Real Estate, and Mediation Services.

Douglas K. Shults joined Shults Law Offices in 1986. He graduated from East Tennessee State University in 1981 and the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1983 with High Honors, where he received the American Jurisprudence award in several subjects and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. He is licensed in all Tennessee state courts and the Eastern District Federal Court. He serves as the County Attorney for Unicoi County, Tennessee, and is a Title Insurance Agent with extensive real estate experience. His practice areas include Real Estate, Estate Planning and Probate, and Civil Litigation.

Sarah R. Shults joined Shults Law Offices in 2006. She graduated with Highest Honors from the University of Tennessee in 1985 and with Honors from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1988. She previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney. She is licensed to practice in all Tennessee state courts and the Eastern District Federal Court. She serves as the Municipal Judge for the Town of Erwin, Tennessee. Her practice areas include Domestic Law, Civil Litigation, Family Law, Juvenile Law, Adoptions, and various Real Estate matters.

Joe Shults joined Shults Law Offices in 2017. He earned his undergraduate degree from ETSU and his J.D. from Appalachian School of Law in 2013. He previously worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Criminal Division with the First Judicial District for 4 years. His practice areas include Criminal, Family Law, and General Practitioner.
