Breckenridge Ingles has practiced law in Virginia since 1979, starting as an assistant prosecutor. He later worked in personal injury and criminal defense, and then insurance defense, before moving to Gloucester. He joined Martin, Hicks & Ingles, Ltd. in 1987. His current practice focuses on family law, divorce, and civil litigation, and he has handled numerous appeals in Virginia's appellate courts.

Devin G. Hensley has practiced law in Gloucester County and surrounding areas since 1997. He spent 8.5 years as a prosecutor in the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office before joining private practice in 2005. He concentrates on criminal defense and family law, and became a partner in Martin, Ingles & Hensley, Ltd. in 2011.
