J. Garfield Hurt graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1974 and Nova University Law School with a Juris Doctor in 1987. He has practiced law as a sole practitioner in Jacksonville, FL, and has extensive experience in various areas including bankruptcy, criminal law, family law, probate, estate planning, civil litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate, collection, corporations, and Social Security Disability.
