Evan Goldberg is a respected and successful personal injury trial attorney in New York and past President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He has represented thousands of accident victims and achieved numerous multi-million-dollar recoveries. He lectures to other attorneys, has authored numerous legal publications, and has given his legal commentary on network television and radio. He handles many complicated accident cases including car accidents, slip/trip and falls, construction accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, defective machinery, landlord liability, lead paint poisoning, assault and wrongful death. He was born in Brooklyn, New York. He attended the State University in Albany, New York and received his Doctorate in Law from Brooklyn Law School.
