Ted Rosenberg was a founding partner of Rosenberg & Gluck, LLP, established in 1996 with Michael Gluck. He was born and raised in Suffolk County, Long Island, and graduated from St. John’s Law School in 1982. He was admitted to practice in New York in 1983. He was known as an exceptionally talented trial lawyer, a tireless advocate, and achieved notable verdicts and settlements for his clients. He was a Director at the Suffolk County Bar Association, a chair of the Suffolk County Bar, a lecturer, and a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He also served as Village Justice for Old Field. He passed away in September 2020 at sixty-seven years old.

Jacob Snuffer

Jacob Snuffer, from a blue-collar family in Raleigh and Wyoming counties, understands the hardships faced by such families. He attended Wyoming East High School, Concord University, and the Appalachian School of Law. Jacob specializes in personal injury law, including workplace injury, medical malpractice, and car accident cases, and also handles family law and wills and estate matters.

Paul Devlin is an attorney at Rosenberg & Gluck, a US Army veteran and former Olympic-level wrestler. He has over a decade of experience as a defense attorney, which he now uses to advocate for his injured clients. He is fluent in Spanish. Paul received his Juris Doctor Degree from Seton Hall Law School and is admitted to practice in New York State Courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is involved with the Suffolk County Bar Association, Nassau/Suffolk Trial Lawyers, and the Long Island Hispanic Bar Association.

Erin M. Hargis is a Partner at Rosenberg & Gluck, joining in 2011 and becoming partner in 2015. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College and her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. She previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s office and handled medical malpractice cases at a Manhattan firm. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey (2004), New York (2005), and the District of Columbia (2016), as well as Federal Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts.

Gary A. Pagliarello is an experienced litigator with thirty years of experience in personal injury and medical malpractice cases. He graduated from the State University of New York at Albany in 1984 and earned his law degree at the University of Bridgeport School of Law. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, providing a unique perspective.

Matthew H. Bligh is a Partner at Rosenberg & Gluck, joining in 2009 and becoming partner in 2013. He graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School (2003) and magna cum laude from the United States Merchant Marine Academy (1998). He was admitted to practice law in New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York in 2004. He has successfully handled numerous personal injury and malpractice cases.

Michael B. Gluck is Of Counsel at Rosenberg & Gluck, which he co-founded with Ted Rosenberg in 1996. He was an Internal Revenue Agent from 1974 to 1982. He graduated at the top of his class from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. He was admitted to the Bar of New York in 1983 and also practices in the Federal Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Tax Court.
