Robert Astrachan

Theodore A. Naima

Theodore "Ted" Naima was born and raised on Long Island, New York. He obtained his Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance from Syracuse University and his law degree from the University of Miami. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and New York. Ted began his career litigating personal injury and medical malpractice cases in Miami before returning to New York. In 2010, he founded the Law Offices of Theodore A. Naima, where he continues to represent injury victims and their families throughout New York and Florida. He has 25 years of trial experience.

Dennis Carrion

He is recognized as one of the foremost DWI attorneys in the country, specializing in DWI, vehicular homicide, and other criminal offenses. Governor Hochul appointed him to the New York State Commission on Forensic Science. He is Head of the Steven Epstein DWI Defense Institute and an adjunct professor of law at Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. He is the Immediate Past President of the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
