Christopher Burke

Christopher R. Burke has been living in the Capital District since 2002. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, Class of 2006, and Albany Law School Class of 2010. Upon graduating from Albany Law School and being admitted to the New York State Bar, Grasso, Rodriguez & Grasso hired him on as an associate. In 2013, Chris was made a partner at Grasso, Rodriguez & Grasso, creating Grasso, Rodriguez, Grasso & Burke. Chris was the first person named partner in over 15 years. He focuses his practice on Personal Injury litigation as well as Real Estate transactions. Chris currently resides in Niskayuna with his wife and two sons.

Cory Ross Dalmata

Cory Ross Dalmata is a seasoned attorney primarily focusing on plaintiff’s personal injury cases. He is a past president of the Schenectady County Bar Association and continues to be a board member. Prior to co-founding Dalmata, Maloy & Burke, LLP, he was a founding partner of DeLorenzo, Grasso & Dalmata, LLP. He has obtained numerous multimillion-dollar recoveries on behalf of his clients. Cory was born and raised in Fulton County, New York, and heads their Johnstown office. He is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and Lewis and Clark College’s School of Law.

Daniel P. Maloy

Daniel P. Maloy was born in Niskayuna, New York. He graduated from Union College, Class of 2007, and Albany Law School, Class of 2010. Upon being admitted to the New York State Bar in January 2011, he joined The DeLorenzo Law Firm as an Associate Attorney. In 2017, he was named a partner in the new firm, DeLorenzo, Grasso & Dalmata. In 2024, the firm was re-established as Dalmata, Maloy & Burke, LLP. He focuses his practice on Personal Injury litigation and Estate Administration, Probate, Wills, and Estate Planning. Dan, his wife, and his son now live in Schenectady.
