Polly Petree Hampton

Polly Petree Hampton joined the Benson Law Firm in June 2021, bringing 17 years of experience practicing law in Illinois and Iowa. She is an experienced trial lawyer, a former Assistant State’s Attorney, and founded her own law office. Polly served in the United States Air Force Nurse Corps and uses her nursing background to assist personal injury victims. She is certified in DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing.

Jay Benson

Jay Benson has practiced law in Kirksville since 1984, with extensive courtroom and trial experience in venues spanning northeast Missouri. He is a committed member of the Kirksville community, serving on various boards and actively participating in legal associations. Jay is an avid pilot and a supportive fan of local athletic programs.

Quinn Benson

Quinn Benson joined the Benson Law Firm in August 2022 after graduating from law school in 2020. He clerked for the Missouri Court of Appeals and gained experience in civil and criminal law through internships with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office. Quinn is a Kirksville native and a graduate of the University of Missouri.
