Jeffrey T. Roebuck

Jeffrey T. Roebuck has a diverse practice including litigation and transactional matters. He has handled a wide variety of litigation including personal injury cases, family law matters, business disputes, probate, and real estate, as well as, corporate and real estate transactions. He is Board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is admitted to practice law in Texas and before the U.S. Court of Appeal for the 3rd Circuit and 5th Circuit Court; and the U.S. District Courts - Eastern, Northern and Southern District of Texas. Thomas P. Roebuck, Jr. is an experienced attorney with over 33 years of trial experience. His criminal law expertise includes all types of felony and misdemeanor cases. He has argued before the Fifth and Third Circuit Courts, the United States Court of Appeals, the Texas Supreme Court, and Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He is one of only ten attorneys in Jefferson County that are Criminal Law Board Certified. From 2003 - 2007, he was named a Texas “Super Lawyer” in Law and Politics in Texas Monthly Magazine and currently, is one of three “Super Lawyers” in Criminal Law in Beaumont, TX.
