THOMAS FREDERICK LINDSAY

Mr. Lindsay is a Founding Partner of the Lindsay & Rawls, LLC firm. He began practicing law in 1995. He holds an Associate’s Degree from Chattanooga State Technical Community College, a B.S. in Economics from Berry College, and an M.B.A. and J.D. from the University of Mississippi. He is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia and the State of Tennessee, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Tennessee and the Northern District of Georgia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. His practice focuses on Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Modifications, other Domestic cases, Probate Matters, Wills, and various other Civil Matters. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.

CHRISTOPHER BRIAN RAWLS

Attorney Chris Rawls is a Founding Partner of Lindsay and Rawls, LLC. He has experience trying both civil and criminal jury trials. His practice focuses on criminal defense, civil and domestic litigation, and representation of minors and adults in juvenile court. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from North Carolina State University and a law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, where he was on the Holderness Moot Court Team. He previously worked in Workers’ Compensation and Insurance Defense, served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Industrial Commission of North Carolina, and assisted with regulation and investigations for the North Carolina Secretary of State. He is active on the Board of the Georgia Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers and is a past president of the Lookout Mountain Bar Association.
