Stephen W. Farr

Stephen W. Farr is a founding partner with over 40 years of experience in Personal Injury, Family Law, and Criminal Defense. He graduated from UCLA Law School in 1971. He was the founder of Farr, Kaufman, Sullivan, Jensen, Olds, Kaufman, Rasmussen & Nichols, L.L.C., and previously worked at Vlahos & Knowlton and as a South Ogden Attorney. He was President of the Weber County Bar Association (2009-2010) and is known for handling Mass Tort Litigation cases, including securing approximately $2.8 million for clients in the Vioxx settlement.

Justin G. Berube

Justin G. Berube is a founding partner who graduated with his law degree in 2011. He initially focused on insurance defense in personal injury cases, then shifted to domestic litigation, trial advocacy, and high conflict divorce. He became a partner at Cragun Berube, P.C. in 2019 and Managing Partner in 2021. He has extensive experience representing businesses and resolving civil claims and contract disputes. Jose Marquez

Jose Marquez is a Peruvian Attorney who graduated from San Marcos Law School. He received his Master of Law (LLM) from Brigham Young University in 1996. He has worked for prestigious law firms in Utah and served the Latino Community, managing the Immigrant Center for the LDS church and promoting a Free Legal Clinic. He specializes in personal injury cases for the Latino Community.

Daniel R. Cragun

Daniel R. Cragun is a founding partner with nearly two decades of experience in civil litigation, family law, and estate planning. He has a proven track record in successfully defending and prosecuting corporate claims, including a million-dollar settlement for a multi-billion dollar corporation. His primary focus is on family law, handling divorces, custody disputes, legal separations, termination of parental rights, paternity, and adoptions. He has successfully obtained primary custody for fathers and mothers in thousands of cases and multi-million dollar divorce settlements.

Colt R. Mund

Colt R. Mund advises clients in family law, criminal defense, civil litigation, estate planning, probate, and municipal law. He practiced law for seven years in Brigham City before joining Farr, Cragun & Berube, P.C. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a 'Rising Star' in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. Colt received a bachelor’s degree in history and political science from Utah State University and his law degree from Brigham Young University in 2017.

Fred Donaldson

Fred L. Donaldson is a seasoned civil litigator and trusted legal advisor, leading the Civil Litigation Department at FCB with more than a decade of experience. He advises businesses, nonprofits, schools, and individuals on complex legal issues including business law, education law, property disputes, employment matters, family law, and estate planning. Prior to FCB, he served as an Administrative Hearing Officer for the Utah State Board of Education and as General Counsel and Superintendent for DaVinci Academy. He earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law, a Master’s in Education from the University of Houston, and a B.A. in History and Spanish from the University of Utah.

Craig Jackson

Craig Jackson is an attorney specializing in immigration law, criminal law, real property law, environmental law, and water law. Prior to joining Farr, Cragun & Berube, P.C., he worked for twelve years as in-house counsel for a land development and property-owning company, gaining experience in water rights, environmental law, and work visas. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and his Juris Doctorate law degree from Washburn University School of Law.
