S. Michael Musa-Obregon

S. Michael Musa-Obregon is the founding attorney and head of Musa-Obregon Law PC. He is a former New York City prosecutor with extensive experience in criminal defense, including white collar crimes, sex crimes, violent crimes, and domestic violence, as well as immigration law, deportation, asylum, residency, citizenship, and business immigration. Alfred Odom

Karl Ashanti

Karl Ashanti is the chief of personal injury, civil rights, and labor law litigation at Musa-Obregon Law P.C. He brings decades of experience in complex personal injury and civil rights litigation, as well as general civil litigation. He specializes in representing individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries, civil rights violations (such as false arrest or police brutality), or have been unfairly denied wages. Previously, he was chief of litigation at Brain Injury Rights Group Ltd and senior counsel at the New York City Corporation Counsel’s Office. He received his BA from Stanford University and his Juris Doctor from the Georgetown Law Center.

Patria Pichardo

Patria Pichardo is an experienced trial lawyer specializing in criminal defense, family law, and immigration law, serving Westchester and Rockland. She is known for her aggressive advocacy and ability to develop comprehensive legal strategies. She holds a Masters of Law in Comparative Law from Pace Law School (2007), a Bachelor's degree from Pontifical Catholic University in the Dominican Republic (1996), and a Bachelor's in Political Science from City College in New York (2005). She began her criminal law career under Robert Johnson in New York.

Theodore G. Hartman

He has experience in immigration law in Texas and Louisiana, and previously served as a public defender in New Orleans, handling appellate cases. His expertise includes murder, rape, and drug trafficking cases. He obtained his Juris Doctor from University School of Law in St Louis in 2003 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Gettysburg College in 2000. He is fluent in Spanish.

Patricia Garcia Pantaleon
