Kenneth B. Goldblatt

Kenneth B. Goldblatt is the proprietor of Goldblatt and Associates, P.C., concentrating his practice on individuals who have sustained orthopedic and traumatic brain injury. He is on the Board of Directors for the Brain Injury Association of New York, a BIA Certified Brain Injury Specialist, and former Chair of American Association for Justice Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group. He lectures nationally and has authored articles on brain injury litigation.

Jeanette McGrath is the Office Manager and Senior Paralegal at Goldblatt & Associates, P.C., with over fifteen years of experience in personal injury litigation. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from Queens College and a certificate in Paralegal Studies from Westchester Community College. She is a Paralegal Affiliate of the American Association for Justice and a Paralegal Member of the Traumatic Brain Injury Litigation Group for AAJ.

Raul Velez is an associate with Goldblatt & Associates, P.C. He previously represented students with special needs against the New York City Department of Education. He is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, where he won regional championships as a member of the Syracuse Trial Team. He is also a founder of Phi Lambda Nu Fraternity, dedicated to serving first-generation college students.

Sinéad Racanello is a paralegal at Goldblatt & Associates, P.C., handling No-Fault claims. She has over twenty years of experience working in a law firm, with fifteen years as a paralegal. Originally from Monaghan, Ireland, she now resides in New York. She volunteers in the community, enjoys hiking, DIY projects, reading, and participates in charity 5K runs.
