Marcello A. Cirigliano

Marcello A. Cirigliano joined the law firm in June of 2017 and was named partner of Johnson Foley & Cirigliano, P.C. in January of 2018. Marcello earned his bachelor’s degree from Villanova University and his J.D. degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law. Marcello is a lifelong resident of Orange County, who returned to the community to serve as an Assistant District Attorney for five years from January 2008 through February 2013. Since leaving the District Attorney’s Office in 2013, Marcello has developed a diverse practice representing clients in Personal Injury, Commercial and Civil Litigation, DWI Defense, Landlord-Tenant, Guardianship and Probate proceedings. Additionally, Marcello advises clients in Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Estate Planning and Business Formation. Marcello is admitted to practice in New York State, and before U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.

Kevin Foley

Mr. Foley specializes in commercial law including real estate, limited partnerships, employment contracts, buy-sell agreements and banking regulations. He also handles a wide range of civil litigation matters including foreclosures, real property disputes, probate, insurance coverage, cargo loss and damage, and employment discrimination defense. He was admitted to practice in New York in 1999 and New Jersey in 2001, and before U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of New York, Southern District of New York, and District of New Jersey. He earned his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law in 1998 and his B.A. from Boston University in 1989.
