John Cowherd has practiced law in Southwest Missouri since 1985. He is a trial lawyer focusing primarily on personal injury and workers' compensation cases. He has tried many jury trials throughout Southwest Missouri and is a longtime member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. He graduated from Missouri Law School in 1985.

Sam Cowherd focuses his practice on estate planning, probate disputes, estate administration, business formation, business drafting, and other general civil litigation disputes. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2018 and the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri in 2019. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2018.
