M. Anthony Burts II

Anthony is the managing attorney of Burts Law, PLLC. He practices in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense, workers’ compensation and employment law. Anthony is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (B.A., Political Science) and North Carolina Central University School of Law (J.D.).

Kathryn Roseman

Kathryn joined the Burts Law team in 2022 as a Law Clerk. Now an accomplished attorney, her practice primarily focuses on a broad range of civil disputes, including contract, tort, and personal injury claims, as well as employment matters. Kathryn is a dedicated advocate for employees who have experienced discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, workplace harassment, or other unlawful treatment while on the job.

Justin Ramey

Born and raised in Vance County, North Carolina, Justin Ramey brings an unwavering sense of purpose to the practice of law. A graduate of North Carolina A&T State University and Elon University School of Law, Justin launched his career as a North Carolina licensed attorney in criminal defense, where he earned a reputation for fearless advocacy and dependable trial presence. Over time, his practice grew to include civil litigation and personal injury.
