David R. Kennedy

David R. Kennedy was born in Cleveland, Ohio in 1956. He graduated from Miami University in 1978 and the University of Akron School of Law in 1985, admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1986. He started private practice in 1989. He is licensed to practice in all Ohio courts, the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, and the United States Supreme Court. He concentrates his practice in Wills, Trusts, Estates, Estate Planning, Probate, General Business, and Real Estate. He is the founder of Ohio Fidelity Title Agency and serves as its General Counsel and Licensed Title Agent. He is semi-retired and generally in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Christy L. Collins grew up in California and moved to Ohio in 2004. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Akron with a B.A. in English in 2009 and a J.D. in 2012, passing the bar in the top 5% of the state. She was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2012 and to the United States District Court - Northern District of Ohio in 2012, and the United States Supreme Court in 2018. She became a partner in the firm in 2017. Bruce J. May

Bruce J. May was born and raised in Akron, Ohio. He graduated from Allegheny College in 1977 and the University of Akron School of Law in 1985, admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1985. He practiced law in Barberton since 1985, focusing on trust and estate planning, elder law, probate, real estate, and corporate law. He retired from active practice in July 2024 but maintains his law license and 'Of Counsel' affiliation.
