Jacqueline M. Thomas

Jacqueline is a Partner in Lacy Katzen’s Litigation Group and Chair of the firm’s Personal Injury Litigation Department. A trial attorney for over 25 years, her practice is focused in personal injury civil litigation, including medical and hospital malpractice, surgical errors, birth injuries, nursing home negligence and abuse, motor vehicle, trucking and motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, construction site accidents and dog bite cases. She also represents insurance policy holders in coverage dispute litigation and is Chair of the firm’s Risk Management Committee.

Peter T. Rodgers

Peter Rodgers represents individuals in trials involving personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, wrongful death and business disputes. His work in medical malpractice has involved various complex cases. He also has represented those injured or killed in auto, premises and workplace accidents.

John M. Wells

John Wells is a litigator and trial attorney whose civil litigation practice focuses on medical malpractice, personal injury, automobile accidents, nursing home negligence, and commercial, business and estate disputes. John’s courtroom experience includes civil trial work, administrative trial work, and participation in the Federal Mediation program, arbitrations, and mediations. Robin L. Folts

Daniel S. Bryson

A native of Rochester, New York, Dan Bryson has been practicing law for more than 15 years. Today, his primary areas of practice include municipal and real estate law. He provides counsel to municipalities on zoning, land use, financing, assessment, enforcement and other matters. He has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate.

Matthew A. Ryen

Matthew Ryen counsels individuals and businesses in a broad range of legal matters. He has significant experience in corporate and real estate transactions, as well as debtor creditor law. Matt works with clients on business acquisition, financing, municipal and development initiatives, formation of business alliances, stock and asset acquisition, tax exchanges, contractual arrangements, lending, collections, estate planning, real property leasing and development, and employment law matters.

David D. Macknight

The majority of David MacKnight’s practice has been concentrated in insolvency related work for consumer and business debtors in both liquidation and reorganization. He represents creditors, both secured and unsecured, in consumer and business cases. David provides all bankruptcy related services to four credit unions. He has briefed and argued numerous appeals, principally bankruptcy related, in both the District Court and the Court of Appeals. David also consults with other attorneys on bankruptcy related matters and has been retained by trustees for avoidance proceedings.
