Tim J. Helfrich is senior partner and trial attorney at Yturri Rose LLP who has successfully litigated many cases in state and federal courts in Oregon and Idaho. He has more than 45 years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation. Mr. Helfrich started trying jury cases, as well as bench trials, in Lane County, Oregon, with the firm Salhlstrom & Lombard in 1976. He then moved to Ontario, Oregon, and joined Yturri Rose, LLP, in 1981. He became a partner at Yturri Rose in 1983.

Bruno is a senior partner and delivers precise, clear, legal arguments based upon the facts of each case and grounded in carefully researched legal theory. Bruno’s extensive experience supports analysis and presentation of the best arguments for every client in an economical, efficient manner. Bruno is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Oregon Association of Defense Counsel and the Oregon State Bar Professional Liability Fund Defense Panel. He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell™ (highest possible rating in both legal ability & ethical standards). His practice consists primarily of Insurance Defense, Professional Liability Defense, Motor Carrier Litigation, Employment and Commercial Litigation in Oregon and Idaho. Bruno is involved in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, casualty, employer liability, and business litigation for insurer clients, business entities and individuals. Bruno joined Yturri Rose, LLP as an associate in 1990 and became a partner in 1995.

Zach joined Yturri Rose in 2018 after several years at an Alaska-based law firm. He became a partner at Yturri Rose in 2022. He practices litigation, in particular related to property disputes, personal injury, and professional malpractice. Zach worked on transportation and energy policy before practicing law, first as an aide to Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) and then at a large lobbying firm. Zach has retained his license in Alaska and is available for work in Western Alaska as well.

Jeremy Hindman represents businesses and individuals with their legal needs. His business clients include telecommunications and electric utility companies. He helps his clients navigate various legal matters, including condemnation proceedings, contract review and negotiation, easement and right-of-way concerns, employment issues, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and more. Jeremy's business knowledge is augmented by personal experience. In addition to practicing law, Jeremy and his wife, Amy, own and operate multiple e-commerce businesses. Jeremy also has a broad civil litigation and advocacy background with experience in business matters, employment litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, and insurance disputes. He graduated cum laude from the J. Reuben Clark law school at BYU, working for multiple law firms during law school, including Yturri Rose. He also worked for the John Deere legal department.

Rylee Dolven joined Yturri Rose in 2025. Originally from New Plymouth, Idaho, Rylee attended the University of Idaho College of Law, graduating summa cum laude in 2021. While there, she earned multiple awards for academic excellence and participated in the Agricultural Law Society and the Idaho Law Review. After law school, Rylee clerked for the Honorable Amanda K. Brailsford at the Idaho Court of Appeals and subsequently at the U.S. Court, District of Idaho. Prior to joining Yturri Rose, Rylee practiced at a well-known civil litigation firm in Boise, Idaho, where her areas of practice included construction defect, contract disputes, professional malpractice, and personal injury.

Scott Warner began with Yturri Rose in 1993 and spent 13 years working in the Ontario, Oregon, office. In 2006, he and his family moved to Lakeview, Oregon, to help maintain the family ranch. He continues to practice law part time and serves business clients in the broad geographic area in Southeast Oregon, including Harney, Klamath, Lake and Malheur Counties. Mr. Warner has a strong working knowledge of resource-based businesses and the legal issues they encounter.

Brian DiFonzo came to Yturri Rose in 1996 after working as a clerk with the Lane County Circuit Court. Mr. DiFonzo leads the business department and he became a partner in the firm in 2006. He helps clients with a range of matters including business formation and management, contracting, and real estate transactions.
