David K. Miller

Dave Miller is a veteran trial lawyer with more than 36 years litigating medical malpractice cases. He spent the first 18 years of his career defending physicians and other medical providers in courtrooms throughout Oregon, as well as other states. Beginning in 2000, Dave shifted his practice from defending medical professionals to representing injured patients. He has sub-specialized in birth injury cases and is a member of the American Association for Justice Birth Trauma Litigation Group. He has handled more birth trauma cases than any other lawyer in Oregon who represents injured patients. He has also been inducted into the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers.

Robert S. Wagner

Robert S. Wagner has been a trial lawyer since 1984, specializing in defending physicians in medical malpractice cases and police officers in civil rights cases. Conor M. Jones

Conor Jones is a dedicated trial attorney at Miller & Wagner LLP, focusing on complex medical malpractice litigation, including surgical errors, misdiagnoses, birth injuries, and delayed treatment. He also represents victims of catastrophic motor vehicle accidents and civil rights cases in the medical malpractice context. Prior to joining Miller & Wagner LLP, Conor served four years as a Deputy District Attorney for Washington County, specializing in vulnerable victims' cases. He was also a Judicial Extern for Hon. Judge Jolie Russo of the US District Court for the District of Oregon.

Tamara X Arthur is a medical malpractice litigation attorney and a physician, bringing a unique combination of medical knowledge and litigation experience. She began her medical career as a U.S. Navy Flight Surgeon, receiving a Navy Commendation Medal. In civilian practice, she focused on treating injured workers and served on a National Medical Review Panel for the U.S. Department of Energy and as Chair of Oregon’s Medical Advisory Committee. She also served as Physician Advisor for Legacy Health’s Risk Management department. She has worked in healthcare law for over fourteen years, initially as a physician consultant for a defense medical malpractice law firm, and later practicing law full-time after attending law school. She provided legal counsel to healthcare providers and their insurers and served as Chair of the Oregon State Bar Association's Health Law Executive Committee.
