Allen L. Warmath

Robert F. Thompson
Robert F. Thompson III is a principal in the firm of Branch Thompson Warmath Dale & Butler. His primary areas of practice include commercial and civil litigation, employment law, and appellate practice. Robert is a native of Paragould, Arkansas. He attended Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, where he graduated summa cum laude; the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, where he studied history as a Rotary International Scholar; and the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas, where he graduated first in his class and served as the editor-in-chief of the Arkansas Law Review. He also served as law clerk to Judge Richard S. Arnold of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Robert served for 10 years as a member of the Arkansas legislature, and in 2011-12 he was Majority Leader of the Arkansas Senate. Robert Thompson is a member of the American Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. Adam Butler
Adam Butler is a principal in the firm of Branch Thompson Warmath Dale & Butler. Adam is a native of Paragould and a 1994 graduate of Ridgecrest (now Paragould) High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Arkansas and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Adam volunteers in various capacities for our local community including serving as a member of the Paragould Kiwanis Club, an organization devoted to helping the children of Greene County; as well as the Greene County Community Fund Board that provides financial support to other non-profit agencies that continue growth in Greene County. He is also a past member of the Board of Directors of Mission Outreach of Northeast Arkansas, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization focused on Housing the Homeless, Feeding the Hungry and Caring for the Sick. Adam is an avid sports fan who particularly enjoys coaching Greene County Boys & Girls Club basketball and football teams. He and his wife, Amber, have two children, Will and Nadja.

Wes Watts
Wes Watts joins the firm after practicing in Little Rock for the past two years. He holds active licenses to practice law in Arkansas, Colorado, and Missouri. Wes grew up in Jonesboro, Arkansas, graduating from Jonesboro High School in 2012 and Arkansas State University in 2016 with a degree in Economics. After college, he attended the University of Arkansas School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor in 2019. In law school, he served as Class Representative and Vice President of the Student Bar Association. Following law school, he passed the Arkansas Bar Exam in 2019 and the Colorado Bar Exam in 2020. He enjoys playing golf, watching Cardinals games, and spending time with his wife Sydney and their dogs, Teddy and Delta. He is currently taking on new clients and is looking forward to assisting the Paragould area in taking care of their legal needs.

Bradley McBride
Bradley joins the firm after practicing in Conway, Arkansas, for the past 3 years. Bradley grew up in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He graduated from Valley View High School in 2013 and the University of Mississippi in 2017 with a degree in Public Policy Leadership. After college, he attended the University of Arkansas School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor in 2020. Following law school, he passed the Arkansas Bar Exam in 2021. Bradley is a member of Rotary International and looks forward to giving back to the Paragould community. He enjoys being outdoors, supporting his favorite sports teams, and spending time with his wife Lucy and their two dogs June and Reese. He is currently taking on new clients and is hoping to assist those with legal needs in Northeast Arkansas.
