Judge Daniel D’Alessandro

Judge Daniel D’Alessandro is Counsel to Callagy Law. Born and raised in Jersey City, he is the first in his family to go beyond the ninth grade, and has devoted his career to helping individuals, families, small businesses, and young lawyers. From 2010-2019, he served as a judge in the Superior Court Chancery Division Family Part and the Law Division (Civil). He was the Open Public Records Act judge; intensive Settlement Conference judge; mentor to newly appointed judges; security committee co-chair. Presided over adult and juvenile commitment hearings, complex family matters, and personal injury, civil, commercial, real estate, zoning, and professional liability litigation. Judge D’Alessandro is a Judicial Reappointment Commissioner; past member of the Supreme Court’s Family Practice Committee, Committee on Women and the Courts, and technology and social media task forces. He has returned to the practice of law, mediates and arbitrates; is a volunteer matrimonial early settlement panelist; and taught high school criminal justice. Before his judicial appointment, Judge D’Alessandro founded his firm and was a general practitioner for 35-years with statewide trial and transactional experience; and was a family, probate and civil mediator and arbitrator.

Gina L. Campanella

Ms. Campanella is a nationally respected attorney who dedicates herself to educating professionals on issues of business transactions and regulatory compliance. She focuses her practice on business law, health care regulatory and transactional matters, and residential and commercial real estate. She has extensive experience assisting clients with transactional services and regulatory compliance consulting and has provided general counsel services to small and large businesses, medical practices, professional societies and real estate clients alike.

Lynne Goldman

Lynne Goldman is an associate in Callagy Law’s Medical Revenue Recovery group. Lynne represents physicians, surgeons, chiropractors, physical therapists, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and MRI facilities seeking reimbursement for personal injury protection benefits (“PIP” benefits). Lynne is dedicated to serving the best interests of her health care provider clients and has personally recovered over $6 million in PIP reimbursements from insurance companies. Lynne has significant litigation experience including drafting pleadings and motion practice.

Sean R. Callagy

Sean Callagy is the Founder and President of the 100 Plus Team of Callagy Law, which is now in 4 states. Amanda E. Rasheed

Amanda Rasheed is an associate in Callagy Law’s Family Law Department. Ms. Rasheed has handled matters in most areas of family law, including, but not limited to domestic violence, divorce, alimony, equitable distribution, custody, parenting time, and child support. Ms. Rasheed graduated Cum Laude in History and received her B.A. from Seton Hall University in 2008. She received her J.D. and a Certificate in Comparative and International Law Institute from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in 2013. During law school, Ms. Rasheed was a member of the CommLaw Conspectus: Journal of Communications, Law, and Policy, participated in a Prosecutor’s Clinic, and interned at the Law Office of Shah & Shah. She also participated in pro bono work by volunteering at the Public Defender’s Office in New Orleans and assisted at Multiple Naturalization clinics.

Brian A. Williamson

A California native, Brian Williamson relocated to the Valley of the Sun in 2010. Brian is an accomplished litigator with more than fifty (50) civil trials under his belt. In addition to championing his clients in the courtroom, Brian is also experienced in helping small businesses negotiate contracts and draft governing documents that provide certainty in daily operations while maximizing opportunities for vocational success. Beyond serving as an advocate, Brian takes the moniker “counselor” very seriously, and always looks for opportunities to further empower his clients and help them realize their own potential and abilities to handle the various challenges life brings their way.
