Jonathan M. Goidel

Mr. Goidel is a partner in the law firm of Goidel & Siegel, LLP, which he and Andrew Siegel co-founded in 1990. Prior to the founding of Goidel & Siegel, Mr. Goidel was associated with several prestigious international law firms. At Goidel & Siegel, he focuses on the prosecution of product liability and personal injury cases. He has tried cases to verdict in nearly every trial court in New York City, and has argued appeals in the Appellate Divisions of both the First and Second Judicial Departments. Mr. Goidel graduated from Hamilton College in 1983. In 1986, he graduated from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the Brooklyn Law Review. He has served as a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York Committee on Young Lawyers and the Committee on Eastern European Affairs. He has served as an arbitrator for the New York City Civil Court, Small Claims Court. Mr. Goidel is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

Lance Ehrenberg

Lance Ehrenberg is «of counsel» to Goidel & Siegel, LLP and, in that capacity, he prosecutes both medical and dental malpractice cases with Goidel & Siegel, LLP. Mr. Ehrenberg was admitted to practice law in the Courts of the State of New York, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Lance graduated from Washington and Lee University School of Law in Lexington Virginia, and he obtained his undergraduate degree from Colgate University. Mr. Ehrenberg is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the American Association for Justice, and the New York County Lawyers Association. Mr. Ehrenberg has successfully tried numerous jury and non-jury cases in both the State and Federal trial courts within New York City and the surrounding counties.

Stephanie R. Lindsey

Stephanie R. Lindsey founded The Lindsey Firm, P.C. in 2000. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Mercer University, a Masters in Public Administration from Georgia College & State University, and a law degree from John Marshall Law School. Her practice focuses on personal injury, family law, and criminal law, with a primary concentration in Wrongful Death, Nursing Home/Elder Abuse, Crime Victim Representation, Catastrophic Injuries, and Automobile/Truck Accidents. She is admitted to practice in various U.S. District Courts, U.S. Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, and Georgia Court of Appeals, and is a member of several legal associations.

Stephen Nappi

Stephen Nappi is of counsel to Goidel & Siegel and a member of Nappi Klozow, LLP. His practice focuses on pre-litigation dispute resolution, commercial litigation and personal injury litigation in the areas of premises liability, labor law and motor vehicle negligence. Stephen is admitted to practice law in the Courts of the State of New York, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Stephen graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and he obtained his undergraduate degree in Legal Studies from Quinnipiac University. Stephen Nappi was selected to the 2021 Super Lawyers and Rising Stars list.

Steven Pestyner

Steven Pestyner is an associate attorney at Goidel & Siegel, LLP, where he focuses on personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents and premises liability. He guides clients through every step of the legal process with clarity, care, and confidence. Law is in his blood. Mr. Pestyner grew up in a family of attorneys and knew early on that he wanted to advocate for people during their most difficult moments. Today, he is known for his strong communication, fast response times, and relentless work ethic.

Bryan Goldstein

Bryan Goldstein is a Cum Laude graduate of Brooklyn Law School with over 20 years’ experience handling various personal injury cases including auto accidents, slip/trip and fall accidents, and construction site (Labor Law) accidents. Bryan is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. Prior to being associated with Goidel & Siegel, Bryan worked at an insurance defense firm, so he knows both sides of the practice very well. As a result, Bryan prepares his clients to avoid various defense pitfalls and traps and has an excellent record of successfully recovering millions of dollars for his clients.
