Andrew Fitch

Andrew Fitch was born and raised in Redmond, Oregon. He graduated from Linfield College with a degree in history and a teaching certificate, and later earned his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Willamette University. He served as an AmeriCorps volunteer before attending law school. His practice areas include Civil Litigation, Employment Law, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Landlord/Tenant, Real Estate Litigation, and Family Law Mediation. He is affiliated with the Oregon State Bar and Deschutes County Bar Association, and is admitted to Federal Court, District of Oregon. He is also involved in community activities, serving as President of Redmond Rotary and a board member of St. Thomas Academy Advisory Council.

Sean Neary

Sean Neary, raised in Portland, earned his Business Administration degree from Gonzaga University and his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Willamette University College of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Law Review and received a Certificate in Dispute Resolution. He gained courtroom experience at the Marion County District Attorney’s Office and ran a private practice before joining Fitch Law Group. His practice areas include Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Probate, Immigration, Bankruptcy (Chapter 7 & 13), Business Formation and Transactions, Guardianships, and Conservatorships. He is affiliated with the Oregon State Bar and Deschutes County Bar Association, and is admitted to Federal Court, District of Oregon. He has been recognized as a Rising Star by Superlawyers and selected for Cascade Business News’ Accomplished Under 40. Sean is actively involved in the Redmond community, serving on various committees and boards, and is a certified beer judge.

Ed Fitch

Ed Fitch moved to Redmond in 1979, where he founded and grew Fitch Law Group. He has served as a former City Attorney and Mayor of Redmond, and on many public committees. His practice areas include Estate Planning, Business Formation, Contracts, Real Estate and Land Use, Civil Litigation, and Probate and Trust Administration. He holds a B.A. from Marquette University and a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law. He is affiliated with the Oregon State Bar and Deschutes County Bar Association, and is admitted to Federal Court, District of Oregon. He has served on the Redmond City Council and as Mayor multiple times, and is a member of Juniper Golf Club and Redmond Executives Association.

Lisa Andrach

Lisa Andrach, originally from the Chicagoland region, moved to Oregon in 2000 to attend the University of Oregon School of Law. After clerking for Judge Billings at the Lane County Circuit Court, she settled in Redmond in 2005, joining Bryant Emerson & Fitch, LLP, and later Fitch & Neary, PC in 2021. Her practice areas include Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Probate, Trust Administration, Real Estate Law, Land Use, Business Formation and Transactions, Contracts, Guardianships, and Conservatorships. She holds a Bachelor of Science cum laude from Illinois State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon School of Law, with certificates in Ocean and Coastal Law and Environment and Natural Resource Law. She is affiliated with the Oregon State Bar and Deschutes County Bar Association, and is admitted to Federal Court, District of Oregon.
