Rana K. Singh

Attorney Rana K. Singh is one of the founding Partners at Singh Law Group, PLLC. As a New York native, he wanted to give back to his state and city through his legal knowledge and skills. Rana received his B.A. in Political Science and Cultural Anthropology from CUNY Queens College and his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law. As a law student, Rana was a Senior Clinician at the well regarded Immigrant Rights clinic, providing pro bono legal services to low income individuals and families and representing clients before USCIS in several areas such as: Naturalization, Asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile petitions, Adjustment of Status, Family-based petitions and other immigrant and non-immigrant Visas. After Law School, Rana was admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Prior to establishing Singh Law Group, PLLC, he was an Associate Attorney at an established personal injury law firm in Long Island. As an associate he worked on over 100's cases from intake-to-trial in auto accidents (pedestrians, bicyclists, multiple-car collisions), slip/trip and fall, and construction accidents. He has helped many injured victims to be justly compensated as they deserved. Joining forces with his brother at Singh Law Group, PLLC and their combined legal experiences and expertise, Rana realized he would be able to help more people and make a greater impact on their community working together than working at separate law firms. They want their clients to feel like they are part of their family and get the representation they would expect from a family member.

Raja Singh

Attorney Raja Singh is one of the founding partners at Singh Law Group, PLLC. Raja Singh is a New York City native. Growing up in Queens, he was always involved in his community and wanted to make an impact on his community and help people by becoming an Attorney. Raja earned his B.A. at CUNY's Queens College with a double major of Political Science and Cultural Anthropology and his J.D. at Florida Coastal School of Law. While in Law School Raja earned a position on a very competitive Mock Trial team and learned the foundation to become an excellent trial attorney, even winning prestigious awards and being recognized as the "Best Advocate," and graduated with Honors for his involvement on the Mock Trial team. Raja also graduated with Pro Bono Honors, being recognized for his service to the community offering free legal service. Raja interned at the Legal Aid Society in Queens County during Law school where he learned the New York State criminal process from arraignments to trial. He assisted with several aspects of the criminal process to help dismiss charges for clients. Raja also interned at the Florida Coastal Immigrant Rights clinic, helping members of the community with various immigration needs including Naturalization, Asylum, BIA appeals, Family based petitions and U-visas. After Law school Raja returned to New York, was admitted to practice as an Attorney in the state of New York and New Jersey. Raja began his legal career working in a law firm specializing in Immigration law and mastering his knowledge of the Immigration field. Thereafter Raja worked at an Insurance defense firm, representing fortune 500 insurance companies, building his trial experience in all 5 boroughs of New York City, Nassau and Suffolk County. Raja realized that there was no better time than now to use his experience and skills to finally make the impact on his community like he always wanted to do and established Singh Law Group, PLLC with his brother Rana K. Singh, who followed a similar path to becoming an Attorney. With different legal experiences, expertise and knowledge they came together to provide quality representation that makes you feel like your part of their family and fight for your case as you expect from your Attorney.
