Bill Morgan

Bill Morgan has 25 years of experience in serious physical and emotional injury cases. He holds a BA in International Relations from BYU, a Law Degree and Certificate of Alternative Dispute Resolution from Willamette University College of Law, and a Masters Degree in Social Work from University of Utah. He is a Utah licensed lawyer and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), providing keen insight into trauma recovery. He also worked as a Home Health and Hospice Medical Social Worker and Therapist, aiding seniors and their families.

Chris Morgan

Chris Morgan graduated Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2014. He practices exclusively in the area of estate planning and probate, with a particular interest in protecting children and adults with special needs or disabilities. He is a member of both the Elder Law and Estate Planning Sections of the Utah State Bar and serves on the Legislative Committee for those sections. He is recognized for his research and writing in protecting vulnerable adults and seniors from financial abuse.
